My picks from the new brunch menu at @paddyhills.sg! The PH Big Breakfast is exactly as advertised – a whopping serving of scrambled eggs, tater tots, cured salmon, maple sausage, Danish loaf, mesclun salad and a meaty, unctuous slab of BACON STEAK, which we all agreed was probably the single best thing to grace our palates that afternoon.

The Ramen Risotto featuring a hulk of tender Kurobuta pork belly also impressed all around the table, with al dente rice cooked down with lard. A very tasty number that won’t disappoint.

I also liked the Maple Fried Chicken. The cubes of Belgian waffle in the dish are meh, but the chicken itself boasted perfectly crispy batter and a very moreish coffee-maple glaze that had us all wanting seconds.
