Fish Maw Soup ($12)

Probably one of the tastiest soup I’ve tasted at minced meat noodles stalls across the island, this bowl of soup is full of meatiness from all the pork that’s been cooked for countless bowls of minced meat noodles. The fish maw serving was also generous and did not have the taste of stale oil. Visibly, there has also liver, pork slices, minced pork and an XL piece of fried fish bone added to the soup to give it that umami kick. This is totally worth traveling for! I also tried the minced meat noodles but its use of the thinner cantonese style noodles instead of the usual mee kia just didn’t cut it with me though.
