I'm not exactly a fan of cured anything, but the House Cured Salmon Toast ($14) changed my mind. It wasn't too salty like I feared, & the soft texture of the salmon contrasted well with the crispy toast spread with homemade garlic herb spread. The sous vide egg was a lovely binder for everything to come together, but it didn't make everything mushy & gross. 👌
