Chef Wei HK Cheong Fun gained some popularity now after it being reported in many places across social media.

Opened by dim sum chef who previously worked in Peach Garden, he now opened this stall specialise with his signature Hong Kong cheong fun.

I was surprised with the long queue even I came at 2:30pm on weekday. But the wait is worth it as all cheong fun are freshly made upon order.

The skin was thick and smooth, filled with char siew bites inside. Make sure you grab some chili paste to pair with it. $4
