We got the Mixed Carrot Cake ($6) and this dish has everything going for it - the wok hei, the crisp texture, and the delicious eggy flavour. It's neatly and flatly served, topped with a sprinkle of pepper and spring onion, and has just the right amount of spiciness to bring out more flavour. And if you can't decide between the black and white ones, why not get both? One is sweet, while the other is savoury - the perfect balance of flavours!
