This wildly popular Ă©clair and parfait dessert cafe in the hip Kampong Glam area serves subtle yet sublime flavours, with clean tastes and even cleaner white minimalistic decor bathed in light. The parallel lines will definitely bring out the OCD in you. This place will be irresistable to instagrammers, but be warned that a flatlay without any shadow is virtually impossible.

The choux pastries come in a vast array of innovative flavours that seemed to be inspired by traditional Japanese flavours, from sakura, matcha, yuzu, to even ume shiso. The puffs were definitely lighter, but unfortunately felt somewhat flaccid; perhaps it had to do with the fact that I was there at closing hour. I would love to give it another chance.

On a side note, I shall always remember this as the instance which both gave rise to my hand-modelling career, and ended it at the same time. I quote, "can you please have a more consistent stream?"
