Recently opened Chinese stall selling a variety of noodles caught my attention instantly and I couldn't pass up the chance to have a go at their Bean Paste Noodle ($4, 炸酱面).

Affordable priced and comes with a chock full of ingredients from the refreshing chilled cucumber strips to chunks of that minced meat gravy. Before eating, do mix some of that chilli and chilli oil with the noodles for an even better flavour.
