Opened early this year, Sid Burger specialises in hand-crafted burgers and offers a whole range of craft beers. If you don’t take beef like myself, you can top up to swap to their impossible patties.

Their signature burger, the Sid Burger had quite a lot going on - cheddar cheese, BBQ shredded pork, jalapeño relish, apple coleslaw, pickled red onions and sriracha mayo. For this we swapped the beef patty to an impossible patty. It was smoky and flavorful, with a variety of textures, though I’d also personally prefer a slightly softer bun in contrast. It was still a tasty one with all the different ‘loud’ flavours coming pretty well together.
