After having hor funs all over SG, I would dub this plate of umami laden hor fun from Kok Sen the best I’ve tasted. The slightly charred kway teow slathered with thick gravy that’s been infused with all that big prawn goodness just makes this dish totally slurp-worthy. If you want to skip the queues, try going at lunch as the crowds are significantly reduced.
