The festival’s highlight is the Festival Village event at Empress Lawn happening 4-6 May, which features over 25 local bar pop-ups, appearances by award-winning guest bartenders from bars featured on both Asia and World’s Best Bars 2017, an Artisanal Spirits Tasting Room for rare spirits like the Black Cow Vodka (the world’s only Pure Milk Vodka - yes, milk which can make you go mooooo), gourmet eateries like Ninja Cut and Sinfonia Ristorante dishing up nosh to go with your slosh and live music from the resident DJs of CÉ LA VI.
