#Espresso Milk dessert, shaved ice with espresso jelly and soft serve.

Does anyone else think that St Marc Cafe soft serve ice cream tastes like condensed milk or was it the topping?! SOooooooo Goooood! Like chilled spoonfuls of sweet milk caressing the tastebuds… then again maybe it's not good for me to chow down a dessert whilst having a meeting?
