If whisking matcha isn't your cup of tea (haha), there are many other choices such as the Flower Art and Hi-Tea Workshop at Dean & DeLuca, or a demo workshop with Old Seng Choong where participants can learn how to prepare local favorites like Hainanese Chicken Rice, Laksa and Snowskin Lotus Paste Mookcakes.
