Miss Ispahan was a fruity dessert with soft lychee jelly, dark berry jam, airy sponge cake and a delicate outer crust. It tasted light and wasn’t overly sweet.

Foret Noire was the total opposite with rich dark chocolate mousse, raspberry jam and cherry bits infused with generous amounts of brandy!

Both desserts were made with finesse and I thoroughly enjoyed them. :-)
