However, for the price one pays I’d expect at least a few lobster chunks. Nonetheless, the Paella was prepared using the lobster head which is always the best part of any shellfish. 🤤

The Saffron aioli and sea urchin are the weaker link here as they are being outcasted by the strong flavour of the lobster. But the thing I love about this Paella is that they added the “Burnt Ends Rice” to it. Crispy, charred burnt smell - Which is the main reason you eat Paella or any other Claypot rice dishes. 🔖
