What swept me off my feet was the Kopi-O Fashioned ($22+). Coffee-infused scotch - sounds intriguing, tastes amazing.

This drink also has maple syrup for a very slight hint of sweetness (think "kopi siu siu dai"), & cardamom bitters. Topped off with stout-reduced foam for that added ooh & aah.

Totally agreeing with Amanda that we could drink this every morning 😛 One of my favourites of the night 👍🏻
