The scallop cutlet was deep fried to a crisp, breaded golden brown exterior, encasing fresh, juicy and plump scallop (swipe to view) which could have been more generous in portion 😅. Nevertheless, as a fan of scallops, I still enjoyed this burger, though I would personally prefer having it without the tartar sauce as it imparted an unpleasant sogginess to the scallops cutlet after some time. Buns are soft, fluffy and smeared with butter that provided a characteristic fragrance. Among all fast food chains, @mosburgersg remains my favourite joint to satisfy my burger cravings but if only the portion could be bigger ... .
