The portobello mushrooms were chewy, juicy with an earthy note whereas the sundried tomatoes were tangy, adding a tinge of acidity to the other stronger elements. Indeed, handmade pastas just taste so different from the typical ones; wouldn't mind coming back for return trips if only the location was more accessible 👉🏻👈🏻
