Do you know Tulang Merah is say to be created from Singapore? Well, neither do I initially, till I did a little research about it.😅
Mutton Bone Marrow Soup cooked with various aromatic spices which gives a slightly sweet  savoury moderate spicy taste within the thick gravy, with egg and chopped raw cabbage. The angsty red colour is usually from food colouring if you are wondering.
The main highlight in this dish is the soft, melt in the mouth bone marrow inside the bone.
There are several ways to eat this dish with Hands of course.🤗
- Sucking the great essence out of the bone.
- Knocking the bone with impact onto a hard surface or with enough force to let the bone marrow slide out on its own.
- Use the back end of the spoon to scrape it out.
- Use a straw if you have to suck it up.
Overall, is a tastisfying dish but if the meat(not the main point) can be more tender will be great.
4 pcs is just too little to satisfy my crave.😬
