It's a good place if you love food customisation. Personally I'll make it as healthy and high in protein as possible. Need 'em gains. Here's a brown rice roll with salmon sashimi, prawn, shredded chicken, avocado, tamago, wasabi Furikake and garlic aioli sauce. Tho I would def skip the sauce the next time round. Wasabi + soy sauce work wonders!
