A rare incident saw me having an upmarket light lunch at Dempsey on a weekday.
Once again House proves to "house" decent "food engineers" with this simple yet ingenious food item. My sweet fleshy pumpkin (as accurately described on the menu) had an amazing crunch with its crushed macadamia nut crust. On the side, a creamy-tangy mustard dressing and sun-dried tomatoes complemented the show stopper plated a bed of arugula greens.
