โ Next was The Slut ($11), a specialty that many raved about. It consists of cage-free eggs as well, coddled on top of house-made potato purรฉe, cooked with grey salt & topped with chives & served with thin slices of baguette. The combination is not mind-blowing as I've had this combo elsewhere, but it was fun to have as you go through the many layers & textures.โ
