Had one of our CNY meals at Yun Nans and with the huge crowd we saw, they made a smart move to limit the number of dishes available to choose from with their CNY Ala Carte Menu. This crispy hor fun was our table’s unanimous favourite. Its eggy truffle prawn broth comes separated, and the waitress helps to pour it in only upon serving - so you’re sure to enjoy it hot and fresh, with the crispy parts retaining its crunch. The hor fun had a light wok hei, and the savoury sauce was flavourful in its prawn flavour.
