White pork belly , white pork collar each 7.5nett/200g

The hotpot broth was quite decent, it's less strong than you expect and it's more savoury too rather than creamy.

The meats were good but not super tender, no matter how you cook it.

The collar comes in fewer but much bigger slices which were satisfying. Both should be fully cooked for best texture, not medium rare
