For people working around the Lavender/Kallang area, you have a beautiful space in Banchong Cafe where they serve local favourites such as coffee and toast, nasi lemak and a good bowl of curry chicken. We suspect that the potatoes might have been simmering in the curry for many hours as it’s soft and the spices have seeped into it. The curry gravy is thick, creamy and flavourful, very good with rice or bread.
