One of my favourites was the Surume Ika Butter Yaki ($8) aka Miso Butter Squid! Sliced & pan-fried is cooked in miso butter which perfectly coats every single piece, which is amazing!

For the kushikatsu, my fav would be the Bacon Mochi Kushikatsu ($2/stick)! Think juicy savoury fatty bacon, wrapped around a soft & chewy mochi & keep fried. The combination makes it an addictive pop of flavour!
