ROC’s $12 turkey offering sees the big bird roasted and stuffed with chestnuts and pistachios before being served like a roulade. And of course, it’s glazed with a sweet & savory cranberry sauce, because what else would you put on turkey?

The chestnuts and pistachios really gave it a nutty, earthy flavor that just screams ‘Christmas!’ as it rolls around your tongue. The bird is passably moist and not stringy in the slightest, but it was quite bland and was over reliant on the cranberry glaze for flavor.

Honestly speaking, it’s decent, but I’m seriously considering if it was really worth $12.
