Despite having rebranded itself as a tendon place, I find their ramen more outstanding. And it’s definitely improved since the last time I was here! The tonkotsu ramen ($12.80++) has a thick flavourful broth, whilst the spicy tonkotsu ramen ($13.80++) sure packs a punch. The noodles are thinner than usual and were served with one slice of meat and bamboo shoots. Interestingly, the spicy version came with minced meat in a spicy paste. The burpple beyond deal here is a rather limited as you only have 4 ramen options to choose from. It also enforces that you order an iced green tea ($2++), but the drink leaves much to be desired as it was very thin and lacking in taste.
