For something lighter, dip your spoon into the Shio Ramen's broth. Clear and fresh, the base was very "drinkable" and tasted more familiar-somewhat like a mild as well as delicate prawn noodle soup. The aromatic mix also bringing together the individual sweetness of the pork and prawns used.

Though the portion seems measly, the lunch set was really substantial and more so with the sides. A must-try is their crispy and evenly breaded tori kara-age as the meat inside was surprisingly succulent and juicy!
