This seasonal item was the first item set on your table, and the whiff of the sea took over & it was amazing.
Each piece of scallops was charred perfectly, with a tinge if crispy edges. The broth was simmered using the trimmings of the scallop, to make a savoury umami sauce for us to wipe up using the perfectly toasted homemade sourdough, which was given an extra oomph with cracked black pepper & olive oil.
Definitely a starter you need to get to share!
