Managed to secure a table at the eleventh hour at the highly coveted @miznonsg - Singapore’s first Israeli restaurant. Hailing from Tel Aviv, the pita bread that’s based on a secret recipe is air flown frozen from Israel.
The Hot Chickpeas with melted tahini, hard boiled egg, onion, chilli and pita. The chickpeas were soft and if you want some flavour, eat it with the tahini and chilli. P.S. Thanks chef for giving this to us.
