The Norwegian salmon was soft, moist, and pink throughout. Enjoyed the texture but found it to have a mild fishy aroma. It came atop a rosti that was ultra crisp but consequently a tad dry, and a generous serving of fresh watercress and rocket salad. Enjoyed the pairing with nutty crunchy pistachio, juicy pops of pomegranate, and refreshing citrus mint mayo.

We added scrambled eggs (+$2) which were adequately creamy but pretty average and this made for a decently filling portion for us 2 girls. Would be keen to try the other items in this Melbourne-inspired cafe and return for more coffee.
