4.5⭐ Saw Cherry Garden promotion under weekly HSBC wow where there's $50 off for minimum $100 spend. I make reservation for dinner as weekend lunch is dim sum buffet and this promotion is not applicable for dim sum buffet.
The Amuse Bouche is fried mushroom. I ordered 4 dishes which are the signature dishes, all are outstanding specially the pan fried beef cube. The beef is so tender that it's as if I'm eating pork or chicken. Both of us agrees that this dish is even better than a lot of western steaks we had. The small portion is just right for 2 pax but the fried rice can feed 4 pax.
