The Savory dark meats totally been infused with the braising sauce. All these costed only S$3.30.

I’m not sure just how long this stall has been around, but the standard has never dipped on any of my numerous visits.

Good Old Kway Chap

They would flood the braised meat with the sauce and slowly poured it away.

Some stalls able to let their meat has the color but not the flavor.

This is definitely one of my favorite Kuey Chap stall.
