The resultant melt is drenched with strawberry sauce before serving. The highlight was certainly seeing how the blue flames engulfed the sphere and how the flambé kept going. Whilst obviously quality chocolates were used, I'm not sure the final blend of flavors really worked for me. We were informed that this was crafted specially for the Singapore outlet.
