Pasar malams are upping their game and keeping up with the latest trends. While they still serve their usual fried snacks and ramly burgers, they are now offering food you see in cafes like churros! This particular one from Back Alley churros was pretty good. Crispy, yet still soft and fluffy outside. It wasn't too oily, and went really well with their caramel sauce. Then again, what doesn't go well with caramel sauce? However, at $4 a serving this one was pretty ex. There are other stalls selling it for the same price but giving more churros so it was not worth it imo.
