The chai poh is what makes the Chwee kueh a success… this is top 3 best Chwee kueh in Sg for me, tho I can’t remember what’s the other 2 😛. Chye poh is fried n fragrant, very nicely minced.

This needs no further introduction if you have been to the Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre or have tried their chwee kueh from their various outlets around Singapore.

Steamed rice cake so good that it was awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand.

While this is not the original Bedok Chwee Kueh stall but one of its branches, it is still very consistent in terms of the taste and quality.
