Very generous with the beef in the kway teow. Very fragrant and tasty!

The taste was perfect when I requested for less salt. The minced meat paired well with brinjal with a little spiciness. This alone with white rice is perfect for a meal!

This dish never disappoints at Mun Ee! It’s their signature dish - spicy, sour, assam and fresh groupa fish. It awakens all your taste buds!

Wow the venison is amazingly tender n flavourful! 👍👍👍

Both the chicken rice and boneless chicken pieces were very flavourful. Because it wasn’t a big portion, adding an egg was a good idea!

It was one of those cool mornings that I had to reach out to a warm cuppa soya before church. So good for the tummy!

This is a local and Jap fusion bar chor mee. The char siew is well seared and the onsen egg helps the noodle to stay in their strands instead of clumping all together. I love how much ingredients I get to enjoy in just one bowl. The staff are really friendly and it’s always a pleasant visit.

Expected Damage: $7-10/ bowl

After many days of western food, the Asian tastebud needs a touch of Asian food. Wagamama sells decent Asian food that curbs your cravings if any. Not the best but good enough!

This is one of the few local carrot cakes that I would shout-out. Uncle pivoted his job due to covid to sell carrot cake and dayum! His creation of masala with carrot cake is one of the best I have had. Masala isn’t too overpowering, carrot cake are chopped to fine pieces coated with toasty eggs.

Expected Damage: $4

Fluffy French toast with two small blocks of butter and condensed milk is all you need. They serve other authentic Taiwanese food that is very delicious as well. Tend to be crowded during peak hours. Arrive early!

Expected Damage: $10-$15/pax

Expect long or long-waiting queues for this place! But it’s worth the queue for their beef pho. Very rich and earthy broth that’s very comforting to the soul. Bahn Mi is dry and would prefer Nam Nam’s.

Expected Damage: ~$20/pax

This smoked pork slices dish was pretty addictive and the chilli dip brought the dish up a notch!
