With a medium-sized fresh tender flaky barramundi fish simmered in a mala peppercorn broth with pliant celeriac, crunchy roasted peanuts, and spongy dried tofu bean curd sheets.

The sweet savoury spicy vegetal nutty earthy flavours kept us reaching for more, and we polished this off.
