Those who choose the Caramelia Banana Tart for the banana would be disappointed as the caramel was cloyingly sweet and masked the subtle banana flavour. For the Black Sesame Flower Dome, there's a hidden cavity of a tart fruity paste that I couldn't quite place, which doesn't really complement the prominent black sesame flavour.
