The highly recommend Three Little Pigs ($18) comes with two seared pork patties, grilled spam, slow cooked pork belly and bacon wrapped sausages before being blanketed in a lucious sriacha mayo. To be honest, while I would definitely prefer beef patties, this actually pretty good. I like how each component did not outshine the other but instead, combined well. The buns could be slightly improved but pair the burger with one of their many craft beers and it's a definite solid choice if you're in the area.
