The moment I stepped into Wimbly Lu, I was welcomed by plates of this Lemon Meringue Pie (S$7.00) from inside the display fridge. While the meringue is much on the sweet note, I like the way the lemon custard dissolve in my mouth to "wash away" the sweetness. It did not take me too long to gobble down this one.
