No #WFH for us, so we’re off exploring new lunch venues in CBD. Signature Bakmi Ayam Mason ($10) is made of with braised chicken, onsen egg, shitake mushroom, poached greens and tofu crisps. Springy noodles combined with a medley of ingredients and a bowl of chicken broth on the side, it was simple and satisfying.

For those who prefer a spicy version, there’s the Bakmi Szechuan ($8). Using Sichuan-style braised chicken instead, add on a dollop of their sambal chilli for that numbing kick.
