Their tomato base is bomb. It's not the same as the other super intense tomato broths, it's somehow lighter but still got the tang and the sweetness. Seems to me it's like puree mixed into clearer tomato soup.

Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the Chongqing sauce pig ears that was served last. Again it's quite unauthentic, there's this peanutty sauce and the pig ears were not of the best texture, on the harder side. Their sides were all okay only, the soups we tried were good. I might be biased here but I feel that their sides aren't as shiok as authentic Chinese food, because the spices weren't as intense. Maybe except the French bean which was different enough to be considered a unique dish
