Featuring a five-spice rubbed corn-fed yellow chicken smoked over apple wood chips, the smokiness does come through really strongly. 🤤 The skin was super aromatic from the perfect roast & the meats were infused with the smoky flavours too. 👍🏻 While some cuts like chicken breast meat leaned towards the drier side, the chicken drumstick was absolutely juicy.
