I understand why it's the No. 1 gyoza in Singapore.

These pan-fried dumplings (S$4.80++) are stuffed generously with ground pork, prawn or beef. The crispy skin which is imported directly from Japan is perfectly fried and not hard.

The mentaiko version (S$8.80++) is definitely a must try. The torched creamy gooey mentaiko is an awesome complement to the crispy firm dumplings.

Overall, the gyozas are good enough to just have as your main dish.
