From a Malay stall in Kopitiam just across my place. Wok-fried with pepper, it came with a smoky spiciness. Cabbage and potatoes add a more healthy touch, though the rice isn't too oily to begin with. My favorite is the fried egg and the silvers of ikan bills that add just the right amount of saltiness. There were a few clumps of rice that were missed during the frying, but generally it was still flavourful. Sedap!
