Made of premium Fuji water- the exquisite "cake" (really better described as pudding/jelly) was further sweetened with caramel, and served with soybean powder. A well balanced finish to their standard 3 course lunch sets; the greedy, dessert loving side of me secretly plead for more. But the set lunches should leave just enough space for this portion of a sweet treat- rounding up an authentic Japanese meal experience.
