Bee hoon with egg, beansprouts, sotong, prawn, and spring onion in an umami broth. The bee hoon was still soaking up the essence, with texture remaining al dente. It was nice to have a moderate amount of broth, but this serving felt a bit too much, almost like eating noodles in soup. At least the taste stayed umami, so it was still acceptable. I liked the eggy flavour in it, and the prawn was peeled too. Overall, okay average I guess.
