Pandan chicken has been one of my favourites of the thai cuisine ever since I was a child. I love watching how my parents would unwrap the shy looking chicken wrapped in Pandan leaves.

The Pandan chicken at jai thai is well marinated with spices , tasty and fried till golden brown . The best part is that you can order these Pandan chicken in pieces of 2,3,4 and so on. Each piece costs 2.50 but be forewarned that 3 pieces to be shared amongst a couple is quite a portion given how generous each piece of chicken is .

Be sure to pair the pandan chicken with their housemade sour and spicy green chilli sauce.
