Schnitzel in Singapore! Veal escalope served with cranberry sauce, 2 potato sides and salad. I was excited to eat this but not impressed. It felt like a fried beef cutlet. However, I did like the batter. It was thin and not floury, not too salty, and just the right flavour, though I couldn’t make out what it really was. Top it off with the cranberry sauce and it finishes it off really well.
